As a Solar Sales Specialist on the Street team, you will engage with potential customers, educate them on the benefits of solar power, and guide them through the sales process. This position offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and significant opportunities for career growth within a dynamic and rapidly expanding industry. Responsibilities include managing a territory strategically, participating in training and team meetings, lead generation through door-to-door canvassing, networking and referrals, educating homeowners about solar energy benefits, conducting sales presentations, maintaining follow-up with potential customers, tracking performance metrics, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-installation. Qualifications include being 18 years or older, having a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, prior sales experience preferred, ability to work independently, comfort working outdoors, and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. This is a direct seller, commission-only role.
