Job Description

We are seeking a Teacher of the Visually Impaired   to cover a few campuses within close proximity for a great school district for the 2025-2026 school year. 

Duties include:

• Provide direct and consultative services to students with Blindness and Visual Impairments
• This is a full-time position, 5 days a week
• Developing and implementing IEPs and lesson plans within the classroom
• This is an Itinerant position, so some travel between near campuses is necessary 

Qualifications: You must be an Illinois licensed teacher of the visually impaired, have a PEL with a Vision and Impairment and Blindness Endorsement
