Minimum Requirements: 8-12 years of demonstrated expertise in developing story-driven dashboards and analytics, showcasing a track record of successful project delivery. Ability to query and visualize large datasets effectively, maximizing the performance of Tableau workbooks. Proficiency in translating complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, ensuring alignment between data solutions and business functions. Advanced development skills in Tableau, with a deep understanding of advanced calculations and functions. 8-12 years of hands-on experience with SQL, relational database management systems, data modeling, and normalization. Working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture, contributing to the holistic understanding of Tableau ecosystem.
