Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement integrated content strategies aligned with brand positioning, revenue goals, and marketing needs.
2. Create and manage social media calendars, including images, descriptions, and blog content that reflect the brand's voice and tone.
3. Coordinate content updates on the website, emails, blogs, and digital platforms in collaboration with the Director of Revenue and Sales and Marketing teams.
4. Produce engaging and valuable content on multiple platforms to attract the target audience.
5. Monitor brand reputation and ensure a consistent message on external platforms.
6. Supervise daily dealings with PR and branding agencies to ensure the timely execution of strategies, activations, and press initiatives.
7. Manage influencer visits and media/press relations, including follow-ups.
8. Develop PR-driven promotions, lifestyle programming, and partnership opportunities that generate brand awareness and elevate the brand's visibility.
9. Assist in the preparation and execution of local and national media relations, including representatives in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
10. Provide support in planning and coordinating events and activations both within and outside the property.
11. Serve as a liaison with external partners for events and activations.
12. Assist and represent the brand at events; support logistics, live content creation, and community interaction.
13. Develop ideas and collaborate on promotional materials for restaurants and bars, special menus, activities, and flyers using Canva or other design tools.
14. Collaborate with the Director of Revenue to align the brand strategy with digital marketing and online advertising (PPC, email campaigns, etc.).
15. Assist in the creation of promotional packages related to PR initiatives and revenue goals.
16. Coordinate online and offline advertising efforts; support the development of marketing budgets and strategic plans.
17. Manage and coordinate hotel photo and video sessions, as well as maintain organized content.
18. Ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date, meet brand standards, and are available for campaigns.
19. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop/adjust marketing strategies.
20. Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, adjusting tactics based on results obtained.
21. Prepare monthly reports to measure the success of initiatives.
22. Maintain a professional appearance.
23. Ensure confidentiality and protect the company's assets.
24. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have good interpersonal skills, as it performs as a representative of the hotel, interacting with clients, the hospitality industry, and internal company staff.
• Must possess refined public relations skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of staff and external parties.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure confidentiality, problem-solving ability, and compliance with hotel operational standards.
• Availability to travel as needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fully bilingual (Spanish/English)
