Reports to the Assistant General Manager (AGM) and interfaces with the General Manager (GM), Office Manager, Warehouse Managers, clients, and vendors. COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $24.00, which Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith estimate of the compensation as of the posting date. Job Responsibilities Monitor employee activities in the Amtrak railyard and/or station to ensure compliance with all business processes and safety regulations. Oversee commissary operations to ensure smooth flow of food and supplies to Amtrak trains. Manage requisitions, product tracking, temperature control, inventory rotation, and quality control. Ensure work methods and practices meet Amtrak's specifications and delivery schedules. Maintain proper use, security, and maintenance of commissary facilities and equipment. Enforce security, safety, and sanitation policies, including proper use of industrial vehicles and compliance with NRA & FDA regulations. Supervise front-line staff during shifts, providing coaching and counseling as needed. Maintain accurate inventories and resolve discrepancies with office staff. Enforce performance standards and schedule workforce efficiently, minimizing overtime. Conduct staff training at yard and station, lead daily shift briefings, and participate in monthly meetings. Ensure cleanliness of work areas and recommend productivity and service improvements. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong safety awareness, customer service, auditing, and math skills; ability to work in a dynamic industrial environment. At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial leadership experience. Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Reports check.
