We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Clinical Administrative Associate to support our clinical and research teams remotely. In this work-from-home role, youll play a key part in ensuring that patient records, clinical documentation, and administrative workflows are completed accurately and on time. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, a healthcare or life sciences background, and the flexibility to work day or night shifts.Key Responsibilities:Manage and update electronic medical records (EMRs) and clinical databasesSchedule and coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and remote consultationsSupport clinical teams with documentation, data entry, and administrative tasksTrack and organize patient forms, consent documents, and research filesCommunicate with patients, clinicians, and internal departments via email, phone, or virtual platformsPrepare basic reports for internal audits and regulatory complianceEnsure HIPAA and data privacy compliance in all workRequirements:1+ year of experience in a healthcare or administrative support role (clinical or research setting preferred)Strong data entry and computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, EMR software, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and handle confidential information with discretionHigh-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workspacePreferred Qualifications:Experience with clinical trial documentation or working in biotech/life sciences companiesKnowledge of HIPAA and medical terminologyExperience using platforms like EPIC, Cerner, or other EMRsAssociates or bachelors degree in healthcare administration, life sciences, or related fieldCompensation & Schedule:Competitive hourly pay based on experienceDay and night shifts available (flexible 8- or 12-hour shifts)Paid training and equipment (if offered by employer)Opportunities for advancement into clinical coordinator or research support roles
