CCC Parts Company, a TruckPro company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for performing sales activities via phone and operational activities within the warehouse.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Include:

\n
• Conducts inbound and outbound calls
\n
• Processes customer orders
\n
• Places special orders with suppliers and/or other warehouses
\n
• Tracks and provides follow up on backorders, shipments, and warranties
\n
• Assists in closing out day end orders and shipping documents
\n

Successful Customer Service Representative Candidate Will Have:

\n
• 1-2 years customer service and/or inside sales experience
\n
• Industrial, Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO), automotive parts experience (helpful)
\n
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
\n
• Customer service focused
\n
• Basic order entry computer skills
\n

\n
• Organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
\n
• Ability to work Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
\n

• The work is active.

• The associate will lift heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 50 lbs.

• The associate will be required to stand for long periods of time.
\n
• The associate will also have to do the following throughout the day: walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, and lifting.
