Join a Best of Las Vegas, high-end dental practice specializing in implant and cosmetic dentistry. Silver State Smiles is seeking a confident, experienced Office Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and foster a positive, high-performance culture. This is a full-time leadership role for someone passionate about mentorship, accountability, and patient experience. Our team has created a culture and commitment to creating an experience for patients that exceeds their expectations.

Qualifications: 

• Dental management experience a must!
• Coordinate insurance benefits and financial arrangements.
• Previous sales experience and Dentrix or Carestack software knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance companies, benefits, and dental procedures.
• Exemplify our culture, values, and commitment to patient satisfaction.
• Able to succeed and excel in a fully digital environment.
• Must be a team player! Ready to roll up your sleeves and get it done!
• Must possess leadership skills that motivate and energize the team and patients.
• Must work hand in hand with doctors and support staff to set and accomplish goals.
