Our ideal candidate is someone with at least 1+ years of user research and design experience, and can translate ideas to concepts quickly, think at scale, and be detail-oriented. Job Requirements A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms Expertise in prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or Invision Studio 1+ years of equivalent professional experience Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies Great collaboration and communication skills Strong knowledge of responsive and interactive designs Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 Good to have: UI/UX Design certifications from Outkos Academy As a Junior UI/UX Designer Develop new user-centered products You will be responsible for overall user satisfaction with a product Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements Test new ideas before implementing Conduct ongoing user research You will be deeply engaged in leading the conceptual thinking and creation of exceptional user experiences Identify areas of opportunities for clients and solve functional challenges Benefits and Advantages Opportunity for professional self-realization.
