Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate pre-certifications and payor authorizations.
• Collaborate with the care team to manage patient flow and eliminate care delays.
• Facilitate discharge planning and care transitions.
• Ensure documentation supports the severity of illness and clinical services.
• Analyze outcomes and suggest process improvements.
• Support communication among physicians, coders, and patients.

Education & Licensure: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required Active and valid RN license in Michigan – Required
